Rhino Recruitment is looking for a Maintenance Technician to be a part of a core maintenance team,respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns ,carry out planned preventative maintenance and improvement schemes on equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out tasks unsupervised, the ability to work without immediate support to resolve all equipment breakdowns during weekend.To complete improvement tasks/planned maintenance (when not tackling breakdowns). Familiar with fault finding in panels, inverters ,motors, switchgear ,installation work, P.L.C,s (siemens S5 & S7) Functional knowledge and skills Lean technique knowledge (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, autonomous maintenance) Appropriate IT skills (Word, Excel etc) Understanding of HSE Policies Problem solving techniques Preventative maintenance techniques (predictive,planned) Behavioural Competencies Analytical thinking and problem solving Conscientiousness Flexibility Initiative Planning & Organising Trustworthiness Written Communication Interpersonal Verbal Communication Self Confidence Team work and collaboration Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
