Job Title: Paid Search Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to develop and execute successful paid search campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search principles and industry trends, as well as excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with client goals, manage campaign setup and optimisation, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
* Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, create weekly reports, and provide data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor and empower team members to increase quality and performance, and work closely with the Account Director and Account Executive.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
* Skillset: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and international search engines, as well as strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
* Education: A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Estimated Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
