Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation Programme, the Change and Engagement Manager role forms part of a small change team who are providing change management leadership of an Oracle finance transformation programme.
The role is being offered on a hybrid working arrangement, 3 days a week on-site in Cambridge (parking nearby).
FTC until mid 2027.

The organisation are looking for someone with Oracle change management experience, ideally an ERP implementation. A confident presenter who can engage and influence people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Someone who is self-motivated to own and deliver their elements of the change journey and contribute to the whole teams success. You will have experience of change rather than a text book.
This role will work with sponsors and teams across this large complex organisation to support change initiatives in meeting objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business procedures, processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans (covering communications, training, sponsorship and the role of the line manager).
