The Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals are the largest heart and lung centre in the UK, with an international reputation for innovation and leadership in treatment and education and are now part of the Guys and St Thomas's NHS Foundation Trust.
An exciting opportunity has arisen on the Harefield site for an experienced and innovative nurse to join our Arrhythmia team, working 33.5 hours per week. A degree of flexibility with the hours/days worked will be required to ensure the service is maintained.
The successful candidate will need to be highly self-motivated, demonstrate advanced management, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, and be able to work autonomously as well as within the Arrhythmia team. We provide a full in-house training programme and study leave to help you develop your potential. Qualification in clinical assessment and as a non-medical prescriber would be advantageous but training can be given. We would consider ambitious band 6 nurses in a training post who could work towards a band 7.
