Responsibilities Essential Functions Working on rotating morning and afternoon shift, this role will provide electrical maintenance support to ensure that the plant's machinery and equipment can be used safely and efficiently. Specific Responsibilities Hands on, can do approach - undertaking maintenance tasks to ensure that continuous productivity is achieved to meet customer requirements Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements Attend machine breakdowns and carry out fault finding and repair Undertake fault finding and modification of plant and equipment Undertake electrical testing and complete relevant paperwork Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained both within the plant and workshop area Develop planned maintenance procedures to minimize machine downtime Strive to continuously improve using Howmet Business Systems methodology Flexible Company Responsibilities Maintain full compliance with Howmet policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Howmet Code of Conduct. Demonstrate a knowledge of and commitment to Howmet Business Systems principles and techniques. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Background. At least 5years Electrical Maintenance experience, with demonstrated knowledge in the following areas; Forging presses (Fastener machinery an advantage Heading / Rolling) Computerized C.N.C Machinery PLC Controls.
