We’re on the hunt for a passionate and talented Pastry Sous Chef to join our brand-new venue at Fulham Pier - a vibrant riverside destination where food, creativity, and community come together.
As Pastry Sous Chef, you’ll be working closely with our Head Pastry Chef to develop and deliver an exceptional pastry offering across the site. From elegant afternoon teas and indulgent plated desserts to event catering and fresh baked goods - this is your chance to put your stamp on something special.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day running of the pastry section
Helping to lead, train, and inspire the pastry team
Assisting with menu development, tastings, and seasonal innovation
Ensuring high standards of presentation, consistency, and hygiene
Working across multiple outlets including the restaurant, café, and events space
About you:
Experienced in a similar Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef role
Creative, detail-oriented, and confident in a busy, high-quality kitchen
Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for modern pastry with a flair for innovation
Reliable, calm under pressure, and a real team player
