Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in Blackburn. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee a range of electrical projects, including lighting and electrical installations, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver electrical projects from conception through to completion.
2. Oversee all electrical installations, with a particular focus on lighting and installation.
3. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and relevant electrical standards.
4. Organise and liaise with clients, subcontractors & suppliers.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
6. Supervise and mentor electricians and on-site teams ensuring all personnel are suitable.
7. Prepare reports and documentation related to testing, inspection, and project progress.
8. Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
1. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
2. NICEIC Approved Contractor.
3. City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
4. Extensive experience in lighting and electrical installations.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Willing to travel within the UK when required.
