Anderson Knight are recruiting a HR Officer to join our client based in Lanarkshire. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Officer to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting their HR function and ensuring that all HR activities are managed effectively. You will work closely with managers and employees, supporting recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and other generalist HR duties. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a close-knit team within a growing business, where your contributions will have a direct impact. Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting adverts, and conducting interviews. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Assist with onboarding and training initiatives to ensure a smooth integration of new hires. Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR data management practices. Support payroll and benefits administration as required. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. CIPD qualification or working towards it is a plus.
