An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join my client's team in their Harrow, London offices.
Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and innovation within the Salesforce environment. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments, you will design and implement streamlined processes and workflows that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Administration: Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user setup, permissions, configuration, and customisation.
2. Salesforce Development: Design and deploy custom solutions in Salesforce.
3. Process Optimisation: Work closely with teams to streamline workflows, enhance data accessibility, and simplify processes within Salesforce.
4. Data Management: Ensure data best practices within Salesforce, including handling data migrations, data hygiene, and duplication.
5. Collaborative Projects: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
6. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support Salesforce users across the organisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within the financial services industry.
2. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong collaborative working skills.
5. Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to handle complex data, workflows, and ensure precision in Salesforce configurations.
6. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification required (additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus).
