Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen in an established Loughborough based Charity. We are currently recruiting for a Business and Quality Officer.
The Business & Quality Officer will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the organisation, supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Finance & Operations Manager and Service Managers. This role has responsibility for business administration and support across all departments of The Bridge (East Midlands).
You will ensure compliance with legislation and company policies, maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and managing supplier contracts. You will also be the organisation's point of contact as the Data Protection Lead. You will support the Senior Management Team and the Senior Leadership Team in an administrative capacity, including diary management, report writing and note taking, supporting fundraising activities, social media input, event management and HR support.
As a key member of the Business Development Team, you will focus on ensuring that the business infrastructure meets the current and future requirements, and that where necessary, services are scalable within budgets.
Please note that this post requires either a full driving licence and use of a vehicle, or having means of transport to travel across Charnwood / Leicestershire.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this post.
