This pivotal role will be responsible for leading our health and safety strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and fostering a culture of safety across our operations. Here are some of the activities that you'll get involved with Support with the development of and implement health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits. Lead on escalated incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices. Monitor and report on health and safety performance. Drive continuous improvement in health and safety standards. We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate Proven experience in a senior health and safety role, within the utilities / construction industry. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety laws and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
