In this results-oriented role, you'll play a vital role in overseeing emergency and reconstruction projects, driving company growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Manage emergency restoration and rebuild projects for residential and commercial properties. Work closely with insurance companies to meet their requirements and performance indicators. Evaluate restoration sites, collaborate with vendors, and develop accurate cost estimates. Monitor industry trends, overcome project challenges, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Expand the company's business portfolio by partnering with leads and insurance agents. Oversee subcontractors, manage project budgets, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Guarantee adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and IICRC guidelines. Document projects meticulously, manage expenditures, and implement efficient processes. Engage in hands-on work, maintain equipment, and manage inspection tools. Foster a positive safety culture, prioritize health and safety, and complete project forms. Champion clear communication and enforce KPI requirements for urgent projects. Required Qualifications: 3 years of project management experience in restoration or property management. Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of insurance in a restoration/property management environment. Flexibility to work beyond traditional hours, including evenings and weekends (on-call for emergencies). Bonus points for: IICRC certification. Terrion/Home Construction License.
