As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for analysing, interpreting, and presenting financial management information to support strategic decision making. Your role will also involve leading a team of finance professionals and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Main responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise as a qualified accountant to analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision making within the organization. - Present financial reports and recommendations to senior management and Board members. - Lead a team of finance professionals and oversee all financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as department heads and budget holders, to understand their needs and deliver finance solutions effectively. - Monitor and manage budgets, providing timely and accurate financial reports to aid in decision making. - Work closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations. - Implement financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory bodies. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving initiatives. - Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
