Unlike a personal trainer, whose primary responsibility is training individual clients, the main focus of the job of a fitness instructor is running group fitness classes for a group of vulnerable adults, people with special needs and various health issues.
Your role requires:
To plan and lead exercise/activity sessions in one or more assigned fitness areas. You will be expected to set up and monitor class equipment, and ensure its return in serviceable condition. Advises participants on program and class procedures and policies, as appropriate.
Your job as a fitness trainer is to plan and deliver fun, engaging and effective courses and lessons designed to improve participants’ mental and physical well-being, enhance muscle tone and strength and, in some cases, promote weight loss.

Must hold a enhanced DBS.
