Job summary Wakefield Growing Healthy 0-19 Service, are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, experienced Health Visitors who want to lead and support the training of our Health Visitors of the future. Joining our team, you will deliver the Healthy Child Programme, to families across the district of Wakefield. Working in partnership ,come and help us to ensure positive outcomes for our children and families.
