A career within Financial Markets Business Advisory services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to a variety of audit, regulatory, valuation, and financial analyses services to design solutions that address our clients’ complex accounting and financial reporting challenges, as well as their broader business issues.

Within our Advisory team our work is always evolving to respond to industry trends and management focus, we combine our deep technical skills in response to our clients’ changing needs. Providing advice and assistance based on our financial, analytical and business process skills to help our clients improve the way they do business. You will work across the different propositions to gain the knowledge and skills needed to develop your career and remain agile.
During our three year programme you will have the opportunity to study for your professional Chartered Accounting qualification. You’ll have a lot of support from your team, career coach and buddy to help you achieve this. It’s the variety and opportunity we offer that allows you to develop a broad range of effective business skills and enables our people to excel across the breadth of work we offer, both on the training schemes and further on in your career.

Depending on your client’s needs, your time will be split between working at client premises, working in the office and studying for your professional exams. We trust our people to be where our clients need them to be, working together with our colleagues in person as often as needed. Some travel is possible for work and you should expect there to be busy times of the year.
Who is this vacancy for and what you’ll need
It doesn't matter who you are or what your schooling background is. As you'll no doubt have gathered by now, we believe diversity is our strength.
You'll need to have achieved or be on course to achieve a 2.1 result in your degree, from any University. Your degree can be in any subject.
Do you need a Work Permit?
Due to immigration restrictions in Jersey and Guernsey the Channel Islands firm is unable to consider trainee candidates who require work permits.
