Float Vet role with Manor Vets, Halesowen
We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the Manor Vet team. This will be a float role between our 6 sites in and around the Birmingham area. We’re happy to offer full certificate support, and we can offer you the chance to tailor the caseload around your own clinical interests. We're thrilled to offer up to £5000 (pro rata) for new hires.

We know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and we want to make it brilliantly easy for you to strike the right balance, whether you are looking for a full time or part time role we are sure we can find the right rota pattern for you. A typical full time role would involve a 4-day week (40 hours) with shifts typically starting at 8:30am and finishing at 7:30pm. Weekends are 4 in 12 Saturday mornings, and time off in lieu (TOIL) can be accrued or you can opt to be paid. There are no out-of-hours or on-call duties.
About us
Manor Vets comprises of six fully functioning practices, each with operating theatres, X-ray facilities, ultrasound. Our main hospital at Halesowen has an onsite CT scanner. Our team is a tight-knit, experienced group, boasting a diverse range of Vets with certificates in surgery, medicine, imaging, ophthalmology, and exotics. An exotics diploma holder is also part of our team. While we primarily offer first opinion services, we also provide referral services. Our team includes a large, knowledgeable group of Registered Veterinary Nurses, Student Veterinary Nurses, Reception and Admin staff, all dedicated to ensuring that our Vets' days run smoothly and efficiently.
