Hours: 37.5 per week.
Salary: depends on experience, from the range of £36,000 to £43,500.
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Saturday & Sunday Off / Mon (14:30-22:30) Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri (15:30-23:30)
Week 2: Saturday (15:00-23:00) Sunday Off / Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri (16:30-00:30)
Week 3: Saturday (18:00-02:00) Sunday Off / Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri (16:30-00:30)
We have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our management team based at Stansted.
As an Operations Supervisor you will lead and motivate a team of handlers.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Ensuring the effective performance of the shift in line with Hubs targets and KPI's
2. Ensure that high levels of internal and external customer care are maintained by the shift Produce relevant reports as required by the depot
3. Effectively communicate to all team members via hub briefing etc
4. Ensure that all HASAWA Legislation/Security Procedures are adhered to and that good housekeeping is maintained
5. Manage, train and develop your team for continuous improvement or succession through coaching, delegation and feedback
6. Adhering and gatekeeping FedEx's policies and procedures
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills:
