Salary: £30,383 - £33,892 per annum (£31,586 - £35,235 pro rata)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 44 weeks per annum (term time plus 6 weeks)

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to work as Premises Co-ordinator (Primaries) based at our Trust office within Wickham Market Primary School. As our Premises Co-ordinator, you will undertake a range of premises management duties to support our five primary schools (Aldeburgh, Easton, Leiston, Saxmundham, Wickham Market). Working with the COO and Maintenance Operative, you will be a crucial part of our premises team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, confident individual with excellent administration and communication skills to join the Central Team as Premises Co-ordinator, which is part of the Premises Team.
This is a varied role which involves the day-to-day administration and coordination of premises tasks, maintenance, and compliance. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school estates, ensuring compliance with all regulations for buildings, fire, health and safety, and others as relevant.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a premises or facilities role.
