Job Description:
How you'll make a difference
Are you looking to be a part of something special, where children can feel at home, supported, and encouraged to grow and flourish every day?
Imagine having the opportunity to establish and register your own children’s home, building and leading a dedicated team from the ground up - you could make this happen with us!
Phoenix Learning and Care is expanding, and we’re opening new children’s homes in South Gloucestershire to support children with social and emotional needs related to Autism, ADHD, and Trauma. To make this happen, we need experienced Residential Leaders who will be at the forefront of our mission. You’ll play a vital role in the growth of your own home, recruiting members to join your team who will provide the best possible care and support for the children of South Gloucestershire every day.
At Phoenix Learning & Care, we ensure that the children we support experience as many positive opportunities as possible—just like other children. But we can’t do this without our Residential Managers and support team.
As the Registered Manager of our small three-bedroom home based in South Gloucestershire, you’ll really get to know the team and the children. Your leadership will play a key part in the development of the team, the support the children receive, and the success of your home.
Salary: £50,000
