Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office and IT Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations, the primarily focus being purchasing, cost management and stock control. The role will include the maintenance of asset records & process documents, invoice reconciliation and playing a key role in the starter & leaver processes along with email and telephone support Key Responsibilities Raising of Purchase Orders and seeing orders through to payment. Collating and organising contracts, being the “go-to” person for documentation for the BAU organisation. Support the Group Head of ICT with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment. Help coordinate logistics for office events or meetings (e.g., video conferencing setups). Keep accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and support requests. Document procedures for common IT tasks and troubleshoot guides. Provide reports on hardware/software inventory. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure IT needs are being met. Assist in onboarding new employees with IT setup and training. Skills & Experience Required Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows) and office software (Microsoft Office). Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. Why Join Us?
