Sales Progression Manager, Leamington Spa
£30,000 - £35,000 Basic - OTE £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
(Monday - Friday - Office Hours - Excellent company benefits)
Working for a firm of Land and Property Professionals based in Leamington Spa.
Our client offers a comprehensive range of services, including rural advice, commercial and residential property management, sales and lettings, valuation, planning, architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management, and compulsory purchase.

You will be a dynamic leader who can spearhead this team across their offices.
The Role:
Upholding and enhancing excellent standards, focusing on process and customer services.
Overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of Sales Progression, fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction. Problem solving, quick thinking, and rapport building are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management
2. Coaching and mentoring the team, assisting with training initiatives
3. Overseeing all agreed sales through to Exchange
4. Liaising with Regional Sales Managers
5. Preparing correspondence using a CRM system
6. Supporting the Conveyancing department
Skills Required:
1. 5 years of experience within Estate Agency
2. 3 years of experience within Sales Progression
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Confident, motivated, forward-thinking
5. Excellent negotiation skills/persuasive/can-do attitude
6. Good MS Office skills
7. Car driver/own transport
