We support two incredible gentlemen to live happy, fulfilling lives, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to help them thrive.
The Role:
1. Build meaningful relationships and create personalised support plans.
2. Encourage independence and community involvement.
3. Support activities like swimming, scenic walks, social outings & more.
4. Work across Housing Support & Outreach services in a varied and fulfilling role.

Hold a Full UK driving licence.
