Job Description
1. Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
3. Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
4. Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
7. Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
9. 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on retail and/or multifamily projects.
10. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
11. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
13. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
14. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar.
