ERP/HR Product Marketing Manager/F & O Marketing Manager
Initial 8 month fixed term contract, based on a salary of £74,500 including benefits/Hybrid working, but London based with client visits and some office base (Paddington)
Core details:
* F&O Product knowledge, such as Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics 365.
* Public facing role, must be articulate with a product/marketing or functional consultant background.
* Position will work with customers/partners to enable them to go-to-market.
* Being technical is a bonus. But communication skills are key.
Role Overview:
* You will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions.
* This includes developing and executing marketing plans, managing product launches, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
* Strategy Development: Creating and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
* Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
* Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and incorporating this into the go-to-market plans.
* Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analysing the performance of go-to-market initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of Finance and Operations solutions.
* Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
* Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
* Candidate will have go-to-market or product marketing background and able to talk with authority about the finance Operation tools (MS Dynamics 365).
* Must have finance operation knowledge and able to talk about the value of the product and roadmap of it; to raise a profile and awareness of the products and talk about the businesses (MS Dynamics 365) vision.
* Ability to be customer and partner facing that can present very well. Would prefer a better communicator and less of a technical person.
Desirable/Bonus: business central knowledge; AI knowledge or curiosity.
Additional Details:
* Joining a team of 4 other go-to-market managers.
* Candidate will predominantly work with sellers inside the business portfolio and partners (around 10 partners out of 40 in total that are in BizzApps).
* Will also support the internal quarterly business updates and reviews, which is the second part of the role.
Additional Information:
* The role may involve working with partners and stakeholders to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
* There may be opportunities to participate in special programs and initiatives aimed at accelerating market adoption and customer success.

Location: Based in Paddington 2-3 times/week, (Wednesday office team) Tuesday and Thursday for partner facing activities.
Salary: £74,500 pro rata PAYE.
Start date: ASAP.
