Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at the CK Group, based in the West Midlands. This is a permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality systems on site, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Lead and manage the Quality Control Team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success.
* Oversee the testing and inspection of all raw materials, finished goods, and their specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Coordinate samples to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Present monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
* Conduct ISO 14001 audits, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
Requirements:
* A minimum graduate degree (BSc or higher) in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
* At least five years' experience working in a laboratory environment, with a proven track record of leading Continuous Improvement activities.
* Hold a NEBOSH Certificate, demonstrating expertise in health and safety management.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
