What you would do as our Training and Content Manager - Yale EMEIA
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Content Manager to join our Yale EMEIA team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive training programs and creating engaging content that educates, informs, and inspires our stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. As part of the Yale EMEIA Smart Residential (SRS) team, this role focuses on our Yale Smart product portfolio, primarily Smart Door Locks, Alarms and Surveillance (CCTV & IP cameras) and Safes across the EMEIA Region.
You would also:
1. Possess a thorough knowledge of Smart residential products to effectively train our employees and improve customer support. By maximizing internal training efforts, they can ensure that agents deliver top-quality services to customers.
2. Create high-quality public support content to enhance self-service and consumer understanding of Yales products with a proactive approach that can greatly benefit both our customers and the company.
3. Effectively manage, develop, and maintain the internal learning management system that supports the internal team. This involves continuously updating the system with new training materials, monitoring user engagement and performance metrics, and enhancing the overall functionality of the LMS to ensure that it serves as a valuable resource for employees in improving their knowledge and skills.
4. Develop compelling multimedia content such as videos, animations, infographics, and presentations to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
5. Serve as a primary point of contact for training-related inquiries and support internal teams in addressing training needs effectively.

6. Has proven work experience within a support training environment, having held a position in knowledgebase management, training (or similar) role for a minimum of 3 years.
