Job Role The Junior Sales Administrator is an essential role that ensures seamless sales operations by providing administrative support to the sales team. The job entails entering quotations for our field sales team, managing sales-related documentation, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate sales records. Exceptional customer service is necessary for the Internal Sales Administrator, as they handle customer inquiries, orders and provide assistance. Additionally, the role requires generating sales reports, monitoring stock levels, and working on sales-related projects as needed. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you would be responsible for communicating with customers regarding queries about products, orders, and deliveries and supporting sales representatives. Collaborating with the sales team to customise them for specific customers and opportunities. Assisting customers by answering questions about products, services, pricing, and orders through phone, email, or chat. Redirecting them to the right sales team member if necessary. Manage customer orders in NetSuite, coordinate with departments for timely fulfilment, and update customers on their status. Manage customer information in NetSuite, including entering new leads/customers, updating contact details, recording sales activities, ensuring data accuracy, and analysing sales data for insights. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and identifying upselling opportunities to build and maintain positive customer relationships. Providing general administrative support to the sales team, such as organising and maintaining sales files and documentation, managing expense reports, and assisting with sales-related projects or initiatives. Identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to enhance sales operations, streamline workflows, increase productivity and stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to contribute to the sales team's success through our “Marginal Gains” initiative.
