* Have an understanding of company safety policy and ensure that it is complied with
* Use the correct tools, plant and equipment and keep them in good condition. Ensure they are safe before use
* Report to supervision any defects in plant and equipment, protective clothing or safety equipment
* Work in a safe manner at all times, avoid taking unnecessary risks
* Keep working areas and welfare facilities in a clean, tidy and safe condition at all times
* Do not attempt to carry out any task for which they are not trained
* Not indulge in any horseplay or interfere with or misuse any plant, equipment or anything provided in the interest of health, safety or welfare
* Report all accidents or incidents immediately to the supervisor or site manager
* Supervise worksites
* Undertakes liaison with client to promote alternate access methods, and to determine access-rigging requirements
* Organise, participate in or supervise all relevant legislation, permit systems, client liaison and rescues
* Rigging working ropes
* Undertaking rescues
* Performing rope access tasks as defined by scope of works
* Completion of work in line with required trade action (rigging / painting / cleaning / blasting / non-destructive testing / welding / insulation) to a level to which the employee is qualified
* Additional requirements may be required not listed above
BPSS & CTC Security Cleared - Preferred but not required (can undergo this)
* CCNSG Card Holder - Ideal but not required
* IRATA Level 3 Qualified
* Travelling labour considered - must be happy to travel
