Job Title: Administrator
Location: Isle of Skye
Type: 12 Month Contract
Salary: Circa £18 P/H Umbrella
An excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator to work for a leading renewable company.
You will be responsible for administrative support for all operational processes, including project administration, purchasing requisitions, and collating technical information.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Organising team events & meetings, booking venues, catering, etc.
* Managing travel arrangements and subsequent expense claims for the team.
* Co-ordinating project site visits.
* Supporting the completion of time sheets in Time Control and chasing the team to complete.
* Logging facilities support.
* Preparing reports from internal systems to provide project-specific information for colleagues.
* Providing ad hoc/general admin support (typing up notes, photocopying/scanning, electronic filing).
You must have experience within the renewable/built environment/engineering sector and be confident in working in a fast-paced environment.
