Job Title: Catering Staff
Location: Robin Park Leisure Centre & multiple locations across the Borough
Contract: 1 hour per week, operates on an annualised hours contract. Flexible working hours required to meet service needs; additional hours may be required.
Your Role:
As part of the Events & Hospitality Team, you will work within various leisure facilities across the Borough and on a wide range of other event locations. The main duties include being part of the catering staff and operations, managing the kitchen and its resources to ensure a quality service for the complete running of the events catering services across our portfolio. Responsibilities include handling cash, using a POS system, and cash reconciliation. You will ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH), and manual handling.

The ideal candidate will be able to plan, work, and manage their time efficiently and effectively, demonstrating accurate and concise work. You must possess good organisational, verbal, and written communication skills, use your initiative, and work flexibly as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills are essential to interact with a range of people while promoting a professional image representative of the service. A passion for events and dedication to providing the best service possible to customers, staff, and visitors is required.
