About the Role:
As the Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative activities. This non-technical position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in office management or coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage routine paperwork, including internal and external documentation.
2. Oversee administrative aspects of site service contracts, such as supplies, workwear, and staff consumables.
3. Assist with document formatting and updates for the team.
4. Perform general office duties, including meeting room management and guest reception.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
2. Strong organisational skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
3. Familiarity with office processes, filing systems, and KPI tracking.
4. Experience with facilities contract management and CRM systems.
5. Understanding of procedural documentation.
6. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office-based role within a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Railway environment.
7. Knowledge of UK rail industry documentation and supply chain procedures.
8. Proficiency in Power BI.
9. Experience with procurement and core supply chain processes.
