Senior Lettings Negotiator - Dorking - £25,000pa - OTE £35,000pa
One Property Recruitment are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator for a leading client in the Dorking area to join their lettings team. You will be joining the team of a leading property company where your opportunities are endless.
What will your daily duties look like?
1. Answer and manage all telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
2. Fully register and qualify potential tenants, ensuring all necessary information is collected
3. Match available properties to suitable applicants and arrange viewings
4. Negotiate tenancy applications between landlords and tenants
5. Provide accurate viewing feedback and market updates to landlords
6. Create detailed and informative property descriptions
7. Take high-quality photographs of properties for marketing purposes
8. Collaborate closely with the Assistant Branch Manager on upcoming properties and market strategies
9. Liaise with administration and property management teams to ensure smooth operations
10. Monitor the local lettings market and competitors' properties to maintain competitive edge
11. Provide general support to the team across the department as needed
12. Manage front-end lettings responsibilities, including phone handling, enquiry management, and viewing arrangements
13. Keep marketed property landlords updated on feedback, marketing trends, and potential price adjustments
14. Assist in maintaining compliance within front-end lettings, including AML checks and document management
15. Work with the Assistant Branch Manager to focus on business growth and acquiring new landlords
16. Proactively seek opportunities for new properties across various branches
17. Support tenancy coordinators in ensuring smooth tenancy starts and assist as required
18. Assist the property management team with arranging and following up on property works, occasional inspections, and landlord communications

3. Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
5. Time management and organisational skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in photography and property presentation
8. Knowledge of local property market trends and conditions
9. Familiarity with lettings compliance and regulations
10. Adaptability and willingness to work across various branches
