We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the People Systems department, you will play an essential role in managing and supporting our Connect system, ensuring the smooth operation of all people systems and contributing to the development and optimisation of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support for the Connect system, ensuring its smooth operation.
* Respond promptly to queries, feeding into the ongoing development and enhancement of the system.
* Ensure safe, secure, and compliant data retention practices are followed at all times.
* Review and approve requests for elevated system access in accordance with agreed processes.
* Work closely with other internal teams and Elementsuite to resolve issues as they arise.
* Maintain up-to-date system documentation to support operational efficiency.
* Generate ad-hoc People Data reports, collaborating with the wider People Data team when required.
* Build real-time system alerts using Connect data to inform or prompt necessary action.
* Act as Data Coordinator for the Talent team, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience working within an administrative or systems environment.
2. Strong understanding of Google tools and platforms.
