Requirements:
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant, ideally within a KS2 setting.
Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support students and collaborate with staff.
