Evidence of continuous professional and clinical development. Experience & Skills: Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and achieving contractual and performance KPIs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills. Ability to work autonomously while fostering integrated working relationships. Proficiency in IT tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SystmOne. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire change in clinical practice. Effective presentation, organizational, and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience in recruitment, HR processes, clinical governance, and quality assurance. Proven ability to develop networks across health, social care, and the community sector. Other Requirements: Car owner with access to a vehicle and willingness to travel across the quadrant/Essex as needed. Desirable Criteria Mentorship qualifications. Project management experience.
