Role - Executive Coaching and Leadership Practitioner
Location - Greater Southampton
Type - Permanent
Structure - Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 from home
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus and benefits
About the company:
We are supporting a growing consultancy focused on providing in-depth analysis of a company's workforce, outputs, and behaviours to tailor a high-level performance program to maximise delivery and efficiency. They have grown organically for the past 20 years and use data analytics to help delve into a company's core and assist executive teams with a customised plan to further accelerate growth.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has proven experience with executive coaching, leadership, and working with executive teams. We are ideally seeking someone that comes from a consultancy and has worked with a variety of clients and teams to maximise their performance. It is NOT a sales role, although there are elements of upselling by having a good understanding of the company's offerings, programs, and tools.
About the role:
* Executive coaching to develop more enlightened leaders with greater energy, authenticity, and connection with others.
* Team coaching to improve the effectiveness of a team's interaction, how it makes decisions, and sets direction.
* Career coaching to support long-term career development and transitions into new roles.
* Leadership assessment using the company's diagnostic tools to identify and make the best use of energy, emotions, values, behaviours, and networks.
* Behavioural profiling using real-time observation, structured interviews, and 360-degree feedback.
* Slight sales element; however, the above relates to delivery.
Requirements:
As an Executive Coaching and Leadership Practitioner, you will be operating in a client-facing position and be a face for the company. You will work on a variety of projects whereby you will sit with a client/executive team and understand their current performance issues ranging from work-related stress, poor delivery, talent attraction/retention, KPI measurement, ROI, and more.
The below is an idea of what we are looking for:
* Roughly 10+ years of experience in a similar position
* Client-facing role, so presentation, communication, and professionalism are key soft skills we are looking for
* Consulting background; we are not looking for an internal team trainer, and you must have experience working with a portfolio of clients/teams
* Master's degree would be beneficial but not required
* Strong experience working with a variety of executives and teams, helping them maximise performance through various key metrics such as team coaching, administering assessments, presenting findings, and follow-through with delivering a tailored coaching program, etc.
Apply today if you are looking for an opportunity to join an organisation that has gone from strength to strength in the last 10 years. With a newly equipped data analytics team, they are looking at growing out their product offering and require the right individual to help deliver them to clients.
