We are seeking friendly, customer-oriented individuals to join our team of Customer Service Consultants, with various opportunities across our contact centre, pensions teams, and policy teams. In these roles, you will work with internal and external customers, including Financial Advisors and Royal London Group Members. This is a pivotal position, allowing you to make a real impact by building strong relationships with our customers, handling inbound and outbound enquiries, and resolving queries completely while keeping them updated. About the role Provide a professional and superior experience for every customer. Manage customer queries via inbound/outbound calls as well as email and written correspondence. Prioritise and respond to customer queries timely, detailing requirements for their requests and managing expectations. Accurately log all queries and maintain customer data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Work as part of a team to ensure best practices and advice is consistently given to customers, supporting the Royal London Group purpose. About you Experience in a customer service role via telephone or face to face is essential. High level of customer care, prioritizing customers’ needs. Polite, professional phone manner with clear and sincere communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple queries simultaneously. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
