We are looking for a dynamic Director of Clinical Services who can lead the clinical teams going forward as we respond to greater demands in our communities, and we develop services further to respond to the changing demands of our patient population and our commissioners. Main duties of the job You will need: Demonstrable relevant employment gained working in a senior clinical management capacity in a charity, health sector and Registered Manager experience in palliative care. Registrant with the NMC. MSc in Palliative care or a related discipline. Excellent communication skills sufficient to address wide and diverse audiences. Appreciation of working in a multi-cultural setting. Willing and able to conduct oneself in accordance with the Values and Behaviours Framework of St Josephs Hospice.
