Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
* Contribute to the creation of a positive learning environment, promoting the values of respect, inclusivity, and academic achievement.
* Collaborate with colleagues in the English department to drive improvements and share best practice.
* Support students’ personal development, providing guidance and pastoral support where needed.
