Your role would be to support the aims and objectives of the nursery and assist the manager in the organisation of a high quality establishment for children from birth to 12 years. You will work under the direction of the Manager and deputise for her/him as and when required.
You must be capable of leading a team of professional workers and ensure good practice at all times. You will assist with the planning and organisation of staffing schedules and holiday rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained in accordance with Local Authority guidelines and nursery procedures.

* Must provide high standards of care and education as a Qualified Nursery Nurse;
* Can work flexibly to meet the needs of the children;
* Must communicate effectively and professionally;
* Have a working knowledge of the EYFS, planning and assessment systems and take an active role ensuring the Safeguarding and Health and Safety of all the children and staff you work with;
