The Onboarding Administrator is responsible for onboarding new clients and suppliers, adhering to stringent due diligence and performing reviews in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations or as set by internal policies and procedures.
Reports directly to: Onboarding Executive
Responsibilities
* The Onboarding Administrator will support the full ownership of the onboarding of new clients.
* Complete due diligence on new clients; this will entail performing and recording the results of searches and sanction checks.
* Adhere to the company’s compliance procedures.
* Managing all Anti Money Laundering requirements and proactively resolve ad-hoc queries related to complex aspects of AML analysis.
* Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our clients and introducers.
* Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date.
* Participate in Quality Assurance.
* Process courier services.
Experience
* Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in a financial background, real estate or property management.
* Written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, internet search engines.
