Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their passionate team. You will assist clients to reach their goals by offering reliable, innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
Location: Based in Egham
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
Job Description:
1. Gain a deep understanding of the product suite and develop effective troubleshooting skills.
2. Deliver first and second-line support for Telephony, Mobile, and Broadband customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all changes within the CRM system.
4. Respond to client inquiries within defined SLAs, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
5. Handle incoming emails, tickets, and calls, prioritising and escalating issues as needed.
6. Accurately process orders for numbering, telephony, and connectivity via the portal, ensuring full completeness and accuracy.
7. Independently diagnose and resolve client issues, utilising available resources and tools for effective solutions.
8. Coordinate hardware orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory control.
9. Provide regular status updates to the Operations Manager regarding ongoing issues and projects.
10. Take on additional tasks as necessary, contributing to various responsibilities within the team in a small company environment.
Person Specification:
1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
2. Comprehensive training will be offered, though prior knowledge of customer service, telephony, and broadband systems is beneficial.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to think both critically and creatively to resolve issues.
4. Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks and documentation.
5. Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
