QSR Area Manager
A well-established and fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to support and drive the development of their expanding franchise network.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing both franchise and corporate stores and ensuring that our client’s high standards are upheld across the board.
The position offers a balance of office-based and fieldwork, with regular travel between sites and the head office, ensuring hands-on engagement with both our client’s team and franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:
As the QSR Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and operational success of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Brand Standards & Compliance:
Ensuring that our brand's core values and hygiene standards are consistently implemented and maintained across all locations within the franchise network. You will be responsible for conducting site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards.
Franchise Development:
Supporting the successful launch of new franchise and corporate stores, working closely with franchisees to guide them through the opening process and ensuring smooth operations from day one.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners, store managers, and staff. Acting as the main point of contact, you will provide ongoing support and advice, addressing any challenges and ensuring franchisees have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Business Coaching & Support:
Offering strategic business management advice, including guidance on improving store performance, enhancing profitability, and optimizing day-to-day operations. You will act as a mentor to franchisees, helping them grow their business and maximize success.
Local Marketing Initiatives:
Developing and implementing local marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and engagement. You will work with franchisees to develop region-specific marketing plans that align with the overall brand vision while addressing local market needs.
Staff Training & Development:
Leading training programs to ensure all staff, from management to front-line employees, are properly trained in line with brand standards. You will deliver training on operational best practices, customer service, food hygiene, and safety protocols.
Franchise Management & Compliance:
Ensuring effective franchise management by monitoring financial performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to franchise agreements. You will work closely with franchisees to ensure their stores meet key performance indicators and franchise guidelines. Required Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate:
A valid Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate is mandatory to ensure compliance with health and safety standards within our stores.
Experience in Multi-Site Management:
At least 2 years of proven experience in managing multiple sites, preferably within the food and beverage, restaurant, or QSR industry. You should be comfortable overseeing a large geographic area and managing a diverse range of stores and teams.
Driving Licence:
A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role, as it will require regular travel between different locations and the head office. A company car or car allowance will be provided to support this. Key Competencies:
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
Commercial awareness and understanding of the QSR market and trends.
Ability to develop positive relationships and build rapport with franchisees, staff, and stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on operational efficiency and delivering business results.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs while working in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits:
