Contracts Manager
Salary: £45,000 basic plus bonus (Excellent earning potential)
Location: Hybrid (Base in Nottingham) with National Coverage
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Contracts Manager to help expand this main contractors national client base. In this role, you will take full ownership of building a pipeline, securing contracts, and delivering tailored refit, refurbishment, and repurposing solutions for retail, care homes, and progressive schools. With the freedom to manage your own projects, you will have the support of the directors to help you succeed.

Requirements to be a Contracts Manager:
* Experience in retail, care homes, or education sectors is a must.
* Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
* Ability to manage leads, establish client contact, and sell services independently.
* A self-starter with a drive to achieve targets and grow business opportunities.
* Willingness to travel for client and site visits nationally.
Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:
* Identify new leads and build relationships with clients to sell project services.
* Secure contracts by engaging with potential clients to meet their project needs.
* Conduct client and site visits to assess project opportunities.
* Develop and manage a portfolio of projects involving refit, refurbishment, and repurposing of existing sites.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent client service.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
