Commercial Print Channel Sales Manager Description - Job Summary • This role is responsible for developing and executing partner sales strategy while leading a team of partner sales representatives and evaluating their performance on the set metrics. The role recruits new partners, nurtures partner relationships, and reports on sales performance. The role stays informed about market dynamics to make data-driven decisions, lead negotiations, and mitigate risks ensuring partner satisfaction. Responsibilities • Develops and executes a comprehensive partner sales strategy aligned with the organization's overall sales and business objectives. • Manages and leads a team of partner sales representatives providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets and foster partner relationships. • Sets and tracks revenue targets, and works collaboratively with partners to drive sales growth, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the partner network. • Leads negotiations with partners and manages contractual agreements, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and revenue-sharing agreements. • Develops methods and strategies to support change and innovation across the organization to improve sales efficiency. • Leads efforts to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with the organization's strategic goals and target markets. • Prepares and presents regular reports on partner sales performance, strategies, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders. • Assesses potential risks associated with partner relationships and develops mitigation plans to address them. • Ensures partners deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image when representing the organization. • Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt partner strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related field.
