Day to day responsibilities:
* Oversee a medium-sized sales team, setting monthly KPIs and monitoring performance.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth.
* Actively identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team efficiencies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key clients.
* Regularly report performance metrics and revenue forecasts to the Directors.
* Manage team recruitment, training, and career progression plans
Requirements:
* 5+ years in sales, with proven management experience.
