Rise10 Recruitment started in February 2024 and has had an encouraging year one performance in terms of customer attraction and income generation. The company has a “start up” feel but with investment from a large family company, who have been successfully operating for over 50 years. The role is to focus on generating vacancies and building effective relationships with new clients. Our customer experience is always at the forefront of everything we do, so you must have the same mindset. The Business Development Manager will provide a proactive and consultative approach to clients, whilst always working within the agreed strategy with the Co-Found/Managing Director. Moving into year two Rise10 have clear strategic objectives and the Business Development Manager will play a key role in these being achieved. This role would suit someone currently working in the recruitment industry as a Business Development Manager or someone working in a 360-recruitment consultant role who wants to move away from the candidate side of things to focus only on business development. Key Responsibilities Generating new clients for Rise10 Recruitment through a variety of different business development activities Effectively managing client relationships to develop on-going business Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring regular contact Provide a consultative approach to clients ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and requirements in order to offer tailored recruitment solutions Take ownership of maintaining and managing the company database - ensuring all information is captured timely and accurately Using the “needs based tags” to market selected candidate(s) out to our database. This role is part of a start-up which means we are looking for a true team player who is up for the challenge and is willing to get stuck in doing whatever it takes to help the business rise to its full potential. Based from Northampton with the ability to work from home the Business Development Manager will be required on site at least once a week, with occasional additional office days depending on business needs and collaborative events.
