Your role as a School Administration will include:
8. To be responsible for the efficient day to day school administration and operation of the School's reception area
9. Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls and email enquiries
10. Communicating sensitively and appropriately with children, dealing with their queries, checking those who are sick and contacting parents, in line with school policies
11. Organising and collating information for parents' evenings, extra-curricular activities, school trips and lunches
12. Liaising with visitors, staff, parents and children effectively to ensure the smooth running of the school
13. To ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
Some of the skills that we need from you :
14. Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
15. Right to work in UK - this is essential
16. 2 recent professional references
17. Committed, flexible and enthusiastic
18. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
19. Considerable experience of the schools computerised database, SIMS
20. Good verbal and written communication skills
21. Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
