Our Private Client department is looking to appoint an additional fee earner, full-time. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while contributing to and learning from a collaborative team environment.
The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of PQE and be capable of delivering a full range of private client services, including will drafting, probate and estate administration, inheritance tax planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection work. While experience in contentious probate is desirable, it’s not essential. STEP membership or Association of Lifetime Lawyers would be advantageous but is not required.
We offer a competitive package, a diverse and engaging caseload, and the autonomy to grow and develop your practice. For more complex matters, comprehensive training and support will be provided by our Private Client team.
